StockBuilder

StockBuilder is a digital asset management tool for photographers. It is used to perform image ingestion. Ingestion transfers the images from your camera to your computer and is the first stage in the lifecycle of your images. The ingestion process helps with two types of challenges that your images face. The first is that there is only one copy, making them vulnerable to corruption or loss. The second is that there are a lot of repetitive tasks that need to be performed at this stage. StockBuilder takes care of these challenges by creating additional copies of your images and by performing many of the repetitive tasks that need to be done to protect and organize your images. Some of the repetitive tasks that StockBuilder performs are : renaming, adding metadata, adding rendering settings, backing up, and conversion to DNG format.
